Cases begin with a completed RX form. It gives the lab the case details needed to plan the restoration correctly the first time, and it's the fastest way to get a case into production without back-and-forth.
Pickup coordination
Once a case is ready to move, request a pickup and the lab will confirm the handoff details. Pickup eligibility is evaluated per request against the lab's current service area.
